    The tourist and business Electronic Travel Authorization for Sri Lanka is a double-entry permit allowing its holders to stay in Sri Lanka for a total of 30 days.

    The transit Sri Lanka ETA type enables a two-day stay in Sri Lanka, which perfectly serves a layover visit. The only document needed to submit an online application is a passport with validity extending beyond at least six months from the planned date of entering Sri Lanka.

    The approved document is later on delivered to each traveller via email in the form of a PDF document. There's no need to print out the received PDF file since the Sri Lanka ETA links directly to the traveller's passport number.
